2. Intellectual Property & Copyright
This is the core section to protect your work:
Ownership of Content: All content included on this site, including but not limited to hand-drawn illustrations & edits (such as the Coastal Series) Postcards, wooden heart designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the exclusive property of Eternally-Yours, and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

Restricted Use: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our designs or products for commercial purposes without express written permission from us.

Design Integrity: Purchasing a physical product (e.g., a postcard or wooden heart) does not transfer copyright to the buyer. You are purchasing the physical item, not the right to replicate the artwork.

3. Personalised Orders & User Content
Since you allow customers to upload photos:
Rights to Uploaded Images: By uploading a photo for a personalised heart, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. Eternally Yours reserves the right to refuse any order containing imagery that infringes on third-party copyrights or contains offensive content.

Showcasing Work: We love sharing our creations! Unless you explicitly request otherwise at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to share photos of finished products (including personalised items) on our social media and website for marketing purposes.

4. Product Variations (The "Handmade" Clause)
Natural Materials: As our products are made from natural wood, you acknowledge that variations in grain, knots, and texture are inherent features of the material and are not considered defects.

Handmade Nature: Every item is hand-finished. Slight variations in colour and alignment compared to on-screen images are part of the unique charm of handmade goods.

5. Returns & Cancellations
Personalised Items: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised or custom-made items are exempt from the standard right to cancel or return. Once a personalised order has entered production, it cannot be refunded.

Damages: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, contact us at contact@eternally-yours.co.uk within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
